Disappointed could not buy original item due to manufacturing issues, but satisfied with the final result. Was not kept informed when the original item would be available, had to keep ringing the office as what was happening with purchase. Was happy I was given options re a refund or another product which was dearer for the same price. Simple order process. Tricky to track order but most likely user error. Quality finish on esky. Now just need to get away to use it.
