    No free reusable dry ice packs/ no response from supplier

    The esky arrived promptly and was very easy to order. It is a great colour and I am very happy with it but my only issue is that we paid almost $700 and it was advertised that we should receive FREE 12 REUSABLE DRY ICE PACKS VALUES $59.95 but we did not. I have emailed the company twice now to ask that this be looked at but have had no response from them. This is poor customer service and I won't be recommending them to anyone as it feels like you just took my money and didn't care about anything else.
