    Quality made product and super fast delivery at half the price of foreign competitors how could you go wrong!

    Warehouse needs more training

    At first I wasn’t sent out the right ice box contacted customer service and was told someone would pick up the ice box and then they would send the right one out plus an extra tumbler for one trouble, waited all day for the person to be a no show, contacted them again told they would come out again the next day, they finally took the ice box had to wait even longer for the right one to be sent out got it but no Tumbler, contact them again to let them know, after another 2 days got tumbler

    Great esky as always!

    Received my 25L classic hybrid esky and used it already… performed exceptionally even for a small esky. Met my expectations following many years of using my 70L signature classic.

    Delivery was delayed, which was unfortunately the case with my 70L

    Customer Service is terrible

    Had 2 separate people tell me they were going to ring me back, never did. And when I did call I could get a straight answer, the second guy should lay off the beers so early in the morning, absolute f**k wit. But don't worry had the driver from the pick up call me and tell me was going on, separate company by the way. Fix your communication, and get your sh*t together and if your a customer reading this, go buy a tropical ice box, and stay away from these idiots.
