Great quality product and amazing customer service

Gave my son the 1.2L tumbler, he loves it and uses it mostly for cold water and drinks. Keeps the drinks cold for ages in hot weather.
I've been using the 600mL tumbler daily for cold water and drinks, works perfectly. Easy to clean and refill.

Great design, nice and simple without too many parts which makes it durable and reliable!

A handy tip for cleaning the little slider on the lid; put it into the closed position, then from the underside can pop off the slider, clean it then pop it back into place.

All really good except you cant close the lid of the 1.2l tumbler which seems weird

Only part of the order delivered still waiting for the cooler bag. You sent me a survey before anything had been delivered. I had been waiting over a month for another order it had not been fulfilled there was no communication to let the customer know why it was taking so long. Only when I made contact did you let me know there was an issue getting stock
I gave up and cancelled the order.
However I am still waiting for the second half of this order. Waiting, waiting and waiting. Very poor communication

Replaced exactly the same cooler bag after using every day for 10years.
Ice packs last a couple of days even in a soft sided cooler bag
