I have an older generation of 70L long esky. have replaced the seal on my bung plug 3 times in its life. this time I decided to get a new rubber washer. did not need a new bung plug, but was pleasantly surprised when the new bung had been redesigned with a larger diameter mating face, so the new rubber washer faces to the esky completely, instead of squashing out the sides for a partial seal that stretched the original washer to pieces. Very valuable upgrade. Still... would prefer if Techni Ice sold them as separate pieces, same with the replacement bungie latches too, would be better sold as either bungie latches or the latch retainer. Cheers,

My old man bought me this ice box when I was 17. I’m now 42. Ice box gets brought out during power outages, camping trips and family gatherings. Last Christmas after cleaning it out the bastard dog ate the bung. Finally got around to ordering a replacement. Surprised after so many years that there was one still was available and fit perfectly. On ya bois. Will get another 20years out of it.
